Larabee Real Estate is a family-owned business run by myself, Jeff, and my wife, Taylor. Both Taylor and I are licensed real estate brokers with a passion for real estate in San Diego and La Mesa. What we do every day is buy and sell homes on behalf of our clients. Additionally, we provide property management services for many of our new and existing clients. We’ve flipped houses, we’ve owned investment properties, we own multiple properties in San Diego (and are landlords ourselves) and we’re involved in land development.
What People Think Of Larabee Real Estate
Jeff did a GREAT job helping us find our first home. He earned our trust right away and busted his butt to make everything work for us. He was always available via phone or email to answer our questions and calm our nerves.
I would recommend Jeff to anybody in a heartbeat.
We always knew that Jeff would be our agent in buying our first home. We just didn’t know when we would be buying, and Jeff was there for us even before we began our search!
Our process was painful as we would go through a lot of foreclosed homes in our price range and it left us feeling frustrated because they were in really bad shape. Jeff always kept us going, kept us positive and stood by us through the toughest times.
Jeff is a thorough, diligent, competent, loyal and kind agent who will make sure you are always taken care of in the process of buying your home.
Jeff was always considerate, listened to our concerns, and ultimately held our hand through one of the biggest decisions in our life. He was always willing to show us a property on a whim, always prepared to meet us at a property, and always incredibly responsive to making offers for us in a market that was big on demand with little inventory in our price-range. There were always multiple offers on one home, and Jeff was speedy in getting in our offers.
He communicated well with the sellers on our behalf, gave us great advice on how to be prepared once an offer was accepted, and kept us advised on any changes or updates regarding our escrow.
